Delivery time:

• Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines:  (5-12 business days).
• Remote Areas (islands, highlands): Calculated based on actual delivery time; contact us for shipping quotes.

2. Shipping Fees

• Free Shipping: Orders above $35 (or equivalent in local currency).
• Standard Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on weight & destination.

3. Order Processing Time

• In-Stock Items: Shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
• Pre-Order/Backorder Items: Estimated shipping time displayed on the product page.

4. Tracking & Delivery Issues

You will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours after shipment.

Failed Delivery Attempts:

If the delivery fails due to unclear address or incorrect customer contact information, the courier will try to deliver the item 2-3 times. During this period, we may contact you through the contact information you provided to update your address.

Lost Packages: Must be reported within 14 days for investigation.
